Our business clients call upon us to handle a multitude of tax and non-tax issues. When requested, we will aid clients in formulating business plans, including the most tax efficient way to accomplish the business objective.

Our work begins with the determination of the type of organization/entity in which the business is to be conducted and often ends with the sale and/or liquidation of the business. In between the birth and closure of a business, we are involved in the preparation of shareholder and/or partnership agreements, employment agreements, contracts with vendors, and act as liaison to your accountants and other professionals.
