LEGAL PRACTICE Mr. Sprancmanis has offices at 6315 Fly Road, East Syracuse, New York 13057. Mr. Sprancmanis' practice focuses in the areas of estate planning and business planning, including elder law, and advising clients entering into business. Mr. Sprancmanis also is an adjunct professor of business and tax law at the State University of New York, Institute of Technology at Utica, where he has taught business law and taxation. Mr. Sprancmanis is an active member of the Gift, Estate and Trust Section of the Christian Legal Society; the Trusts and Estates Section and the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Latvian Bar Association. Mr. Sprancmanis is also a member of Wealth Counsel.
